2024 Holiday Honor Cards

Crisis Control Ministry Holiday Honor Cards

Give the Gift of LOVE and HOPE this Holiday!

Online Sales of 2024 Holiday Honor Cards will begin

Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

You may place your order before October 1st using a physical order form, which can be downloaded below or found in our newsletter. If you ordered cards in 2023, an order form will also be mailed to you directly.

  • Downloadable blank order form. You can print and fill it out, then mail your completed form with your check to Crisis Control Ministry, if you do not want to order via your credit card.

  • Downloadable MS WORD document template for Holiday Honor Card Recipient Address List.

  • Downloadable MS Excel spreadsheet template for Holiday Honor Card Recipient Address List.

  • Downloadable Adobe PDF document template for Holiday Honor Card Recipient Address List.

These templates may be downloaded ahead of time and worked on at your own pace. When you place your order, you will be prompted to upload your document during the checkout process.

For orders of a single card, you may choose to enter your recipient information directly into the form during the checkout process instead of uploading a file.

If you are unable to upload your list with your order or do not have the information at the time of your order, you may send it to CCM via email or mail after placing your order online. Send your completed list to:

email: HHC@crisiscontrol.org

or

mail: Crisis Control Ministry - Holiday Cards, 200 East Tenth St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101

Please note Crisis Control Ministry is closed December 24-26, 2024. We will try our best to process and mail your Holiday Honor Card orders that are received on December 20, 2024, before Christmas.
