Give the Gift of LOVE and HOPE this Holiday!

 

This holiday season, you can help provide food, medication, housing, and utility assistance to our neighbors in crisis by purchasing Crisis Control Ministry Holiday Honor Cards. The CCM Holiday Card is the perfect way to spread holiday cheer while giving back to the community. All proceeds from the sales of holiday cards are used locally to support our neighbors in crisis in Forsyth and Stokes Counties.

 

For a minimum tax-deductible donation of $5 per card, Crisis Control Ministry will beautifully hand sign, address, stamp with a holiday stamp, and mail a card of your choice to a special someone or all the special people on your holiday card list.

 

You may also choose to pick up your blank holiday cards at one of our locations or have the cards shipped to you to distribute to your loved ones. Cards may also be purchased at local retail locations; see the list near the bottom of the page.

OPTIONS FOR HOLIDAY CARD DELIVERY

    CCM will mail your cards with a custom handwritten signature and envelope on your behalf to the list of names/addresses you provide.

    CCM will prepare your order of blank cards/envelopes for you to pick up from the Winston-Salem or Kernersville Crisis Control Ministry location.

  • 3. Ship My Cards

    CCM will package and ship your order of blank cards/envelopes to you.

Submitting Your List of Recipient Addresses

For Delivery Option #1, to have CCM hand sign and address your cards to be sent to your list of individuals, we will need you to send us a list of all the people you want to send cards to.  Below, we have provided downloadable templates for your convenience in composing your recipient list.

You can attach your completed list to your online order or email your list to give@crisiscontrol.org or mail it to us at: Crisis Control Ministry, 200 E. Tenth St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101.

These templates may be downloaded ahead of time and worked on at your own pace. When you place your order, you will be prompted to upload your document during the checkout process. 

 

For orders of a single card, you may choose to enter your recipient information directly into the form during the checkout process instead of uploading a file.

 

If you are unable to upload your list with your order or do not have the information at the time of your order, you may send it to CCM via email or mail after placing your order online. Send your completed list to:

Please note Crisis Control Ministry is closed December 24-26, 2024. We will try our best to process and mail your Holiday Honor Card orders that are received on December 20, 2024, before Christmas.

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
