Shmedfest is back and better than ever in person! Join us on Friday, August 27th, and Saturday, August 28th at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds for a weekend of fitness and fun benefitting Crisis Control Ministry!

This year's Shmedfest includes a 1K Fun Run, a 5K, and the return of "The Shmed," a 24-hour fitness-a-thon hosted by F3 and FiA! Participants who participate in the Fun Run, 5K, or a 45-minute session of the Shmed can sign up to receive an exclusive Shmedfest 2021 t-shirt. After the fitness events, join us Saturday for a free evening of live music at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Clocktower. There will be great food trucks free beverages, local artists, and activities for the whole family!

Shmed Workout - Friday at 6 PM
Shmed Workout - Saturday at 2 AM
Shmedfest Fun Run/5K - Saturday, Fun Run starts at 7:30 AM and 5K at 8 AM
Shmed Yoga Stretch After the Race - Saturday at 9:30 AM
Shmed Yoga Workout - Saturday at 3 PM
Shmedfest Concert - Saturday at 4 PM

This event benefits Crisis Control Ministry. Crisis Control Ministry assists people in crisis to meet essential life needs and to become self-sufficient. Crisis Control Ministry makes sure our neighbors experiencing crisis have their basic human needs met by providing food, shelter, and medicine.
