The Shmedfest 5K and Fun Run is back and better than ever! Join us on Saturday, August 27th at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds for a weekend of fitness and fun benefitting Crisis Control Ministry! This races will start and finish at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Gate 7. Fun Run Begins at 8:00 AM 5K Starts at 8:30 AM This event benefits Crisis Control Ministry. Crisis Control Ministry assists people in crisis to meet essential life needs and to become self-sufficient. Crisis Control Ministry makes sure our neighbors experiencing crisis have their basic human needs met by providing food, shelter, and medicine.
