We have an exciting new workout event called The Shmed in conjunction with Shmedfest this year. The Shmed is a 24-hour workout event organized by F3. Workouts will be live-streamed during Shmedfest, but we are hoping you can also work out in person with us at River Oaks Community Church, 1855 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons, NC 27012.
