    Barbara Campbell is a beloved local artist and potter. She has a long history with Crisis Control Ministry as a volunteer and a former board chair. Barbara is well known for her charming paintings of birds like this NC native chickadee.

    Local graphic designer Beth Jones has created Holiday Cards exclusively for Crisis Control Ministry for many years now. Beth enjoys using her talents to support the work of Crisis Control Ministry to alleviate hunger and financial insecurity.

OPTIONS FOR HOLIDAY CARD DELIVERY

    CCM will mail your cards with a custom handwritten signature and envelope on your behalf to the list of names/addresses you provide.

    CCM will prepare your order of blank cards/envelopes for you to pick up from the Winston-Salem or Kernersville Crisis Control Ministry location.

    CCM will package and ship your order of blank cards/envelopes to you.

Submitting Your List of Recipient Addresses

If you will be electing delivery Option #1 when you order, to have CCM hand sign and address your cards to be sent to your list of individuals, we have provided downloadable templates below for your convenience in composing your recipient list.

These templates may be downloaded ahead of time and worked on at your own pace. When you place your order, you will be prompted to upload your document during the checkout process. 

 

For orders of a single card, you may choose to enter your recipient information directly into the form during the checkout process instead of uploading a file.

 

If you are unable to upload your list with your order or do not have the information at the time of your order, you may send it to CCM via email or mail after placing your order online. Send your completed list to:

Please note Crisis Control Ministry is closed December 22-26, 2023. We will try our best to process and mail your Holiday Honor Card orders that come in on Monday, December 18, 2023, before Christmas.

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
